    Fatiha and Pragethi on the front desk were incredibly helpful and friendly. I had messed up my booking and they sorted it out without a problem.

    Excellent stay, impeccable cleanliness, and a fantastic welcome!

    The hotel is excellent and very clean. The only issue we encountered was the Wi-Fi, which unfortunately did not work in our room for the entire duration of our stay. We reported this to the receptionist, Afgani, who was truly professional, kind, and always smiling. To make up for the inconvenience, he not only offered his sincerest apologies but also generously provided us with breakfast for every day of our stay. A heartfelt thank you to Afgani for his outstanding service and thoughtfulness. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to everyone!
