    I booked a room (for our family of four) right after we landed at LAX, after our original flight from Germany got cancelled and we arrived in the US in a later replacement one, having traveled over 40 hours total. On arriving at the hotel the front desk person told me that the hotel had cancelled my reservation (unilaterally). Apparently the company preferred to give our room to “overflow customers” from a nearby hotel who came in while we were driving to Arcadia. Not the best thing to happen to us after this long trip and not a thing that we expected from a Hilton

    Fair for one night stay

    Good location. Nice staff. Comfortable bed. Microwave and fridge.

    You pay for parking nightly. Room floor was not very clean. Minimum amenities in bathroom.
