    The rooms were quiet. The breakfast restaurant staff and the doorman were friendly.

    My room (404) was infested with bedbugs. As a result, I had to visit a doctor twice during my business trip, losing valuable working time. On top of that, I have had to deal with the stress of potentially bringing bedbugs home with me. Everything I brought with me on the trip has now either been heat-treated or discarded. The reception staff's handling of the situation was completely inadequate given the seriousness of the problem.
