    Horrible check in time When I arrived at 16.00 which is the check in time, the room is not ready & the reception told us she had no idea when it would be ready as they were short staffed. My room is reserved far in advanced and paid. The reception told ys to better go.somewhere and be back again. This is unacceptable! The check in time is already late: 16.00 while check out at latest at 11.00 After 5 hrs the room was still not ready and you could not even tell ud when itvwoyld be ready. You need to refubd my money
