Pictures can lie
I asked for a cot and was given a 30 yr old cot with springs showing through the mattress with a pillow and no linens. The swimming pool was a huge safety risk. I chose this Hilton since in the picture of the pool area showed ADA equipment to get in the pool. Well neither the pool or hot tub ADA equipment worked. Then I thought I might dare to use the rails to get in the pool. One pulled partially out at the base of the pool. The next one was very wiggly. Then the hot tub railing was the worst. It was so shaky it wasn't safe for anyone. I spoke to the desk about the cot and was told I was mistaken, the cots were new. There was a renovation a year ago. By the time we were supposed to check out the found whatever they needed for the ADA equipment. I took pictures and videos. The pictures don't show the issues. The main floor restroom has 2 heavy doors to get through and with a wheelchair that is very difficult. I want a refund.
