    DECEPCIÓN! Un engaño lo del “transporte gratuito al hotel” - cuidado con las magias

    Cogimos este alojamiento por estar “en el aeropuerto”. Luego resulta que está fuera y te tienen que llevar en un shuttle.

    Nadie te avisa de que hay una mafia a la salida del aeropuerto que te engaña y te dice que son del Hilton. Que el shuttle tarda 2 horas en llegar. Que mejor cojas un taxi, y te cobran 1000 $mxn !!!! Yo entre el cansancio del vuelo y la prisa de llevar a mis hijos pequeños al hotel no me di cuenta del cambio de moneda y accedí. Y luego me di cuenta del engaño. El hotel Hilton se debe llevar una parte de ese dinero, porque al llegar al hotel y decírselo a la recepcionista, con toda la calma me dijo que es que había una mafia en el aeropuerto. Es decir, lo saben pero no avisan a sus huéspedes. Por algo será. A parte el sitio está sucio y no son muy agradables.

    Definitely recommend staying at this hotel when you need a place to stay for

    Great location with clever architecture to resemble a cenote. Good food and nice atmosphere with good service.
