    Disappointing

    The Location of the hotel. The shops that were in the surrounding area.

    That we had to wait several hours before we could check in. No funds taken off of our bill for the inconvenience. Once we got to the room there were spots of blinds. Blind would not go up. Missing blind on one window. Table areas were sticky. We had to wipe off ourselves. Door broken on air condition. Not enough lighting. The room was dark. Water in the sink ran very slow and weak.

    Great location, will be back!

    The room was clean and the staff was friendly!!

    There were a few things that I didn't like: There was so much noise in the room next to mine... Kids were running and screaming in the room. There were kids playing in the exercise room All of the buggies were taken for so long I had to take my bags up to the third floor by hand
