    The staff was excellent, Erica is wonderful and was very helpful resolving my room issue with Booking.com

    The mattresses need to be replaced, especially on sofa bed, not comfortable at all. Also, breakfast is overpriced.

    Great experience

    My family and I had a great experience at the hotel! Everything was clean, efficient, and clearly well managed. We were very happy with DaVeda who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

    Worst hotel franchise

    Check in was at 3pm we arrived and no rooms were available they finally got a room ready at 8pm after I called my booking agency to complain I asked for a refund because they broke there end of the contract and they refuse I hope they enjoyed my 169 dollar it will be the last Hilton ever gets from me. Do not use this company.

    Nice room, very clean & bed was comfortable to sleep in.

    That breakfast was not included in price of stay. There should be at least two towels per person.
