    Recurring problem with electric service!

    Great location very close to airport.

    Hotel lost electric during the night. Not related to a storm. Reportedly a recurring problem! No wake up call. Had to dress & finish packing in the dark. Elevators out of service. Had to carry luggage down 4 flights of stairs.

    Proximity to airport

    There was a natural gas smell. We were told it was from a crew working on the elevator. Smell was there during our entire stay from about 5pm Saturday until we left Sunday morning. Not a very comfortable feeling for patrons to smell natural gas. Couldn’t sleep the entire night!!!
