    I felt meaningless as a customer

    Staff and management. Staff was not helpful at all. Staff was non responsive. I was trying to get in contact with a manager for 2 weeks and was never followed up with. Every time i would call the manager was conveniently “on a break” because of this, i was charged for a stay that i never completed.
