    Poor communication from management. No maintenance staff over the weekends. No hot water.

    Staff were pleasant.

    First night we arrived, there was no hot water. The next open room to move us into did not have hot water. I did not shower the first night. All next day, no one could repair the hot water. They offered another room. That room did not have hot water. I showered but did not wash my hair because I did not want to catch a cold. I was distraught the next morning to attend a memorial that I came for. I checked out of the hotel after the memorial. I wanted a refund of my fully paid reservation including the miserable nights I stayed there. I only received CAD 379.27 of the CAD 684.83 that I paid. I have called for the full refund and no Hilton manager has called me back. I have not received a full refund.
