    Expensive and not worth it

    The location

    The room had broken lamps, both beds made squeaking noises, the pillows were horrible and there was terrible water pressure. Also, there was no free breakfast.

    Staff 10/10, cleaness 5/10

    The highlight of our stay was definitely the front desk team, who deserve a 10/10. Special thanks to Karyn and 'K' for their exceptional service.

    I usually love Hilton hotels, but this particular stay did not offer the same experience. Unfortunately, our room was not clean when we arrived. There was hair on the bathroom floor, trash behind the bed, and it was obvious the floor hadn't been vacuumed, as we found several items left on the ground. We went to the front desk to ask for the room to be cleaned, but our request was ignored and nobody ever showed up. Additionally, the toilet paper was very cheap quality—worse than what you find at the airport.
