They must need to improve their service.
The hotel facilities are very limited and there are no person to speak in English well. I used the translation software through my mobile phone during check in. The breakfast was very poor. The smoke detector of the fire fighting system goes on in the other room of my suit at 3 AM while I was in deep sleep after passing a hard working day. I got up suddenly, was very puzzled, checked both the rooms, finally call at the reception after no cause / source found in both the rooms. On person has received my phone call who can't speak English. Once he came to check my room just had a look and left, no action taken. The smoke detector was alarming continiously and stoped after long time. No action seen from the hotel authority till my check out next day. This stay is most memorable experience since my past hotel living life. I am a Hilton Honors. This elaborate review for their rectification who are responsible in this service at that hotel. Thanks

На букинге было указано, что можно оплатить проживание при заселении, в итоге с карты сняли деньги заранее, а потом ещё и при заселении попросили оплатить. Пришлось писать и звонить чтобы разобраться с возвратом денег. Только этот момент омрачил впечатление.
