    Sadly disappointing

The room was so hot and the AC was centrally set and not customised for each room. We were told to open the windows and turn on a noisy fan lent to us by the property. This is totally unacceptable

The room was not adequately air conditioned and we could not sleep well for the 2 nights we stayed there

Great location not far from the West Lake - lovely modern clean rooms, excellent buffet breakfast and friendly staff

Excellent place to stay. It excells when being compared with the counterpart in US. The overall hotel experience is 1 to 2 tiers higher.
