    Excellent short stay.

    The front desk demonstrated highly cooperative attitude by permitting early check in by almost 5 hours. Highly appreciate.

    The breakfast menu and spread can be more elaborate. Even apples were not there.

    A Grand hotel *****

    What a fine, mature hotel! From check in - to breakfast Trang made us an excellent non-dairy hot chocolate to go with warmed croissants (a trainee with heart-she really cares about her guests)! I also want to thank the man that made my eggs on Wednesday and a lady (Hang) that made them this morning- 1 of the best omelettes, I ever had!!! The front desk lady, Chi, made me a map to find a great many places of interest (I’m old school) & she went above and beyond, forecasting rain & offering a big umbrella)!. and Nguyen was pleasant as well, with making us feel at home in Hanoi! Oh the beds are great* and the maids are a cut above the rest!!! If I had to find a “con” it would be small TV & rugs in the rooms… replace with LVP or other “wooden” flooring, please!
