While the staff were friendly and the room was clean the flat pillows and extra cost for breakfast was very disappointin
Location
We both found the pillows to be completely flat and uncomfortable to sleep on. When we went for breakfast we were informed that wasn’t included in the $255 for the one night we booked and would have to pay if we wanted breakfast. For the price we paid for the one night we found that rediculous and decided not to eat here. This hotel was $100 more than the hotel we stayed at the week before and a very nice breakfast was included. This may sound trivial to such a large business however for us spending this much for a few hours to sleep, this was a deciding factor for us to never book your hotel in the future.
