    Terrible at worst.

    It was clean.

    The staff was rude; the housekeeping was knocking on my door by 9am and I felt rushed. The property didn’t have ANY rolling luggage carts and the front desk attendant lied about them all being “in use”. The website advertised free breakfast with the stay which I didn’t get, and when I paid for the breakfast separately the staff was very rude about not allowing my 3 yo to eat off of my plate.

    Multiple issues. Elevators nit working properly, sewer smell, rooms not ready at check in time. Etc.
