    Will never stay there again

    Not much. Breakfast was 20???

    The hotel failed to provide something as basic as hot water. I reported the problem and was told a plumber was on the way to fix it. Unfortunately, even by the following day, the water was still cold, leaving me unable to take a proper shower. This was completely unacceptable and had a significant impact on my trip. After traveling and dealing with flight delays and other inconveniences, the last thing I expected was to stay in a hotel without working hot water. The problem was reported, but nothing was resolved in a timely manner. Hot water is a basic necessity, not an optional amenity. The lack of a solution and the inconvenience it caused ruined what should have been an enjoyable trip. I expected much better service and would have appreciated a prompt resolution or some form of compensation for the unacceptable conditions.

    Good, safe location.
