I love that they hired a special-needs person to work the front desk. I thought that that was very good. We met Derek the manager, but everyone seemed a little confused as to how to find the Pool view.
We moved 3 x. asked for a room overlooking the pool. The first room they let me in did not overlook the pool. So I had to repack my things go to the next room that overlooked the pool, but the air conditioner didn’t work then they moved me to my third room where the air conditioner worked up until about 7 o’clock at night and then we had to have a repair man come and fix it. It was quite frustrating.
