Could not have been better, felt safe where ever I went and who ever I spoke to.

travelling from Heathrow to Hotel by taxi by a driver that did not where the hotel was, and refused to take any money for the journey - left money on seat and legged it! Hotel could not havw been better very relaxed. Back to Bus Station in the moring the driver going out of his way to ensure that I was safe. A big pat on the back for all the staff around Heathrow.

Spacious room and bathroom for 4 of us. Clean and comfortable and staff were accommodating when we needed a later check out. Breakfast was great!

No streaming services on TV. For the money you pay to stay here, I'd expect updated TV's. The phone in our room didn't work either.
