    Not bad

    The Valet Attendants were exceptional! Gave us restaurant tips, and got the a/c fixed for us. Most of the front desk clerks were very friendly, especially Shar. It was a friendly, clean atmosphere, but there are issues that should be addressed.

    My sister-in-law did not have a/c most of the stay. It was reported, but nothing done. It took the Valet Attendant going in and getting the order taken care of. Our toilet handle was broken, it had to be manually lifted after a flush. In the middle of the night it's hard to remember. We woke up with a lot of water on the floor. My husband cleaned it up, we told the front desk. It was not fixed.

    Perfect location. Clean and comfortable. Would recommend.

    We loved the location. It was right next door to our concert at the Palace which we could see out our room window and we walked and didn't have to worry about being far and having to Uber. The hotel was clean and well maintained and rooms were nice and clean and cold how I like it. Pillows weren't my favorite but thats my only complaint. Would recommend and stay again if going to Lousiville.
