    Going back to Mbabane

I went to Hilton Mbabane for the second time. I always enjoy the hospitality at the hotel, the rooms are comfortable, the location is good. In general I got satisfied with this stay. My check in experience was great, despite the fact that I had booked a double bed room which was not available and the hotel had to upgrade (at cost) to a family room. The family room was to notch.

I had an incident with laundry. I sent clothes for laundry, they took 3 days to be delivered. The reception said they didn't know where to deliver because I didn't fill the laundry file. The room didn't have a laundry file, I even wrote on a paper the clothes I was dropping and instructions. I think this is not acceptable to an hotel of your dimension. The room upgrade at a cost was not good ooh.
