    Location and parking were good.

    Staff friendliness was absent not to say more. We arrived late, after midnight, but made a call in advance to inform that there's going to be late check-in. We were assured that reception works 24/7. Nevertheless, when we arrived a night manager at reception tried not to notice us waiting at the entrance to the lobby. She opened the door only after our third attempt to attract her attention. She told us that we are late and our reservation is "no-show" suggesting that we should have notified about late arrival. When we told the manager that we actually did notify via phone, with no excitement but with admonition that we came not exactly on time as told over the phone (indeed an hour later), she acknowledged that there was a note about late arrival and gave us keys to room. It was the very first time I experienced such 'welcome' attitude in the hotel. Some training is needed for reception managers.

    Perfect in every way!

    Our room was beautiful, comfortable and smelled so clean and fresh! It was the nicest hotel that we have ever stayed!

    There was nothing to dislike!
