Staff specially the reception guys aren't trained well
Location
The hotel repeatedly pressured me to cancel my Booking.com reservation, assuring me that I would be offered the same rate if I booked directly with them. However, at checkout, I was asked to pay an additional amount that had not been agreed upon beforehand. This conduct was misleading and unacceptable, reflecting a serious lack of transparency and professionalism. The experience was extremely disappointing, and I believe guests should be treated fairly and provided with clear, consistent pricing from the outset. And the AC is horrible No matter what temperature you set dont trust it ..the rooms become freezing cold

The location is central so it’s convenient
The hotel rooms are old and dirty. Also strange that they left one towel when they knew two people were staying. The breakfast was very average with some items inedible (croissants & pastries)
