Great place to get away & relax.

Clean rooms, excellent facilities, & a very good restaurant.

Nothing, I enjoyed my entire stay.

    Convenient location

The bathroom had many places that were not clean. The mattress was extremely firm and uncomfortable.

Hotel is good but the front desk staff is rude and dismissive.

The location is great and the manager (once I was finally able to get a hold of him) was great to work with and resolve the issues that I had. The room was comfortable and clean.

The initial front desk agent was extremely rude and made my issues seem like they were not her problem. She did not want to do her job and pretty much "shooed" me away. The hotel randomly changed my room type without any notification and did not resolve the issue until days later or offer any type of refund until the manager finally got involved.
