Rezerwacja obejmowała pokój dla 5 osób. Przygotowany był dla 4 osób. Pomimo prośby najpierw w room service a potem w recepcji otrzymaliśmy dla 5 osoby ręcznik i pościel - koca / kołdy nie otrzymaliśmy. Długa kolejka przy wejściu do sali śniadaniowej. Brak osoby zarządzającej salą ponad 5 min.

Clean, comfortable basic hotel in the City Center. Great food and attractions all around.
The location is great. The hotel itself is basic and clean, but the staff is where it shines. Every single staff person we encountered was friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant is great.
The restaurant closes with no warning, and the sign outside the restaurant door means nothing. My complaints are minor. As an older traveler, the bottom of the tub is slick, and there is no rubber bath mat available. The elevator doors are timed to close quickly, and we missed a few because we couldn't get there in time.

Room was very comfy and hotel was at a great location
I did not have breakfast at the hotel. Facility was a great location, but felt lobby needed refurbishing, it was not uplifting, badly needs an interior decorating, the walkways immediately outside hotel were very dirty, needed washing and maybe some foliage
I think the front desk staff could have been a little more helpful and warmer, or sociable with someone from out of town ,,, I found only one young lady who was very nice, suggested places for me to visit, very pleasant, regrettably I didn’t make a note of her name. Had slim built, very neat in appearance, very pleasant we spoke about the mosaic museum, the Ben Franklin Bridge
