    It was ruined by the incompetence of the employees.

    Location

    My check in was not good. I was given a different price by a desk clerk the night before I was to check in. Then the hotel added another 50 for incidentals on the hold and they gave me a 25 dinner coupon and that got screwed up when they ended up charging me for the food instead of comping it. The desk clerk said Edwin was fixing it and it still hasn’t been fixed.

    very comfortable, great location to stores, restaurants, concert venue

    We went to a local concert and the hotel location was terrific. An amazing, clean, upscale hotel
