Everything was great about the property. Location on the mountain the scenery from our room 307 was chefs kiss. So clean and bright and loved the room. A mere 10 mins drive to Blue ridge park way and stores and restaurants galore in the area. Hotel staff were so friendly. My little one took to two young ladies who service the room. She was about to stay with them and help! I appreciate the time they took with her, wonderful process for the night to be fall. Stayed first weekend October
My only gripe was the bed was too firm for my liking but pillows were heaven so still comfortable

Wonderful staff.
The views were spectacular and all the staff from the front desk, waiter/waitresses, manager, and maids were accommodating, helpful, and patient! There were 10 of us staying here for a family gathering and breakfast orders were challenging when partners were at different tables. Our waiter was wonderfully patient and friendly. We left a piece of luggage and had to come back for it 2 hrs after we checked out. The front desk person tried to call us, but we don't often answer if we don't recognize the number. Our luggage was waiting in the lost and found and the maid had packed the toothbrush and tooth paste I left too! Kudos to all the staff at the Hulton Garden Inn at South Peak in Roanoke VA.

Beautiful Stay
The staff was very attentive and friendly. Beautiful mountain view. In proximity to dining opportunities. Enjoyed the patio area. We have stayed at this location several times. The level of efficiency and detail is consistently excellent. Karen particularly has always been inviting and helpful.
No dislikes.
