They double charged for the incidental fee and wouldn't remove either charge after our stay. They said they never charged 2x and there was "no balance on my account." Although my credit card had been charged twice. We were on a road trip and arrived at the hotel around 11 pm, slept, showered and were checked out in the morning. They said they released the incidental hold, but instead they charged it again. I called the credit card company and they advised me to cancel my card. I had difficulty checking in also. They tried to make me pay for the entire room again, saying it was unpaid even though I had my receipt from booking,my confirmation number and my credit card receipt. Unfortunately, it was a disaster. I tried calling the manager 2x about the incidental thinking it was just a mistake and left messages both times. She never returned my call and the front desk person was basically yelling at me saying they didn't charge the incidental fee. Very unprofessional and sketchy billing practices- sadly makes me think something shady is going on there. The room was not very nice either- parking was complicated and difficult. Overall very disappointing.

La ubicación y las instalaciones.
La entrada principal no es sobre Main St como indican y no hay ninguna señalizacion. El desayuno es caro.
