    Good location, the room was ready when we arrived(early), smooth, friendly check in. The young lady that checked us in had a warm smile and a pleasant manner about her.

    We arrived on Sunday and checked out on Wednesday. We were out of our room early in the morning and didn’t return until late at night. No hotel staff serviced our room one single time. We made our own bed. The small garbage cans were overflowing. I understand that hotel policy is the change towels every other day, and we are OK with that. But we don’t want to have to make our bed even one time. We are staying in a hotel, not a hostel. We expect a certain level of service from a hotel, cutting services to the level of no service is a mistake on Hilton’s part and will affect our future division making.
