    Clean, modern hotel with good breakfast.

    Clean, modern hotel with good breakfast. Although the parking is across the road it is still convenient but charging an extra £9 per night for the parking was an unwelcome extra.

    Room had no breakfast tea bags, just Earl Grey. Room service was not available on the night we stayed due to staffing issues.

    Great overnight stay

    Great room - clean, comfortable. Staff were great. Breakfast was good. Really nice style in the hotel.

    Sofa bed wasn’t the most comfortable and the shower sprays onto the floor. Would have loved some cotton wool and baby buds in the room. The soaps weren’t great smelling. The coffee didn’t taste great.

    We arrived and Nisha very kindly helped us we both disabled , took all luggage from the car to the room was very nice of her , Molly was also very helpful to me with me having celiac, had gluten free waffles made and fruit fresh for breakfast Day we had to leave , my hubby wasnt well and molly help me take breakfast to our room for hubby and then molly helped us with her sister to car with our luggage too. Had a lovely time there would stay again. statement with them The staff are very helpful at this hotel

    However when going to my car, that was parked in carpark with cctv cameras Notice someone smashed into my car and smashed someone's window in their boot that wasnt great and now have to sort it out . Molly and famin took my details and passed onto police, waiting to do statement
