    Nice place and across the street from Train

    We absolutely loved that this was literally across the street from the train station. We were taking the train to Marrakech, but I didn’t realize how close the hotel was to the station.

    The fact that there is the Hilton Garden Inn next to a regular Hilton was confusing. Even Google was confused as we drove in to try and check in. Went to the regular Hilton being unaware that there were two different ones.

    Plutôt ce que je n'ai pas aimé !! J'ai réservé pour 2 nuits que j'ai payées A ma grande surprise, on me prélève une nuit supplémentaire ( 1460dh) pretexant que j'ai réservé 2 chambres !!!! Alors que j'ai voyagé en individuel Jusqu'à présent, je n'ai jamais été remboursé !!!! Je que je retiens, c'est de ne plus réserver à travers Booking Merci pour votre compréhension

    Le fait qu'on me prélève le prix d'une nuit, Et qu'on ne m'a encore remboursé, malgré mes justificatifs et ma réclamation auprès du responsable de l'hôtel

    Local staff are not friendly. We arrived around 2 PM, he made us to wait despite early check in request. Then no keys at 3 PM, extra wait, provided our keys at 3:30 PM.

    Un hôtel rempli que de qualité.

    L accueil du personnel, ils sont tous très sympathique à l ecoute en particulier safae et reda les serveurs du restaurant à l hotel qui ont été d'une très grande gentillesse nous avons partager de bons moments avec eux. Pour ce qui est de la qualité des produits nourritures etc c'était excellent. Femmes de menages très sympathique accueil exceptionnel.
