I will definitely try to avoid staying at this hotel in the future.
Clean room
I was disappointed that we constantly had to look for someone who was supposed to be at the front desk. There wasn't even a bell to ring for assistance. What really shocked us was that, despite the extremely high room rate, breakfast was not included and was very expensive! I assumed that at such a price, breakfast would naturally be included, so I didn't even think to check. And to make matters worse, the breakfast selection was very limited. We've stayed at hotels that cost three times less, where the rooms were only slightly smaller, but they offered a generous complimentary breakfast. What really pushed me over the edge was the bottled water. There were bottles of water displayed near the entrance, but apparently, guests are only allowed one complimentary bottle at check-in. If you want another one, you have to pay $3 per bottle! That's especially ridiculous considering that an entire large case of bottled water costs about $3 at the store. When a hotel charges such high rates, this kind of penny-pinching feels incredibly cheap and unpleasant. It really left a bad impression on us.

Nothing.
It was a Hilton garden so we assumed that it would be a nicer hotel especially with the higher price. The price also included breakfast. When we got there we were told it was a continental breakfast, $15 per person for Continental breakfast? The next morning we woke up and we were told they were not serving the breakfast. Jesus Christ already. The pillows had to be 100 years old because they were just trash. The air conditioner did not work well so all of the previous reviews about the air conditioning were true. They were doing some sort of construction on the building and there were electrical wires and parts left all over the place even when workers were finished for the day. It was not a good experience at all.
