The staff are the stars!
There wasn't a lot of noise to contend with... very peaceful. The staff were amazing! Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The room was very clean.
The bed wasn't very comfortable and the sofa was very worn out...the cushions were sunken in and misshapen from wear. Also there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom.

Parking is not free! I felt ripped off. Same as I did for breakfast!
The room looked nice. The lobby was in great condition and looked amazing
They charge for parking? I would understand if it was in a major city and they did not own the parking around the hotel. But this is a typical hotel with their own parking lot. Also the refrigerator was very very loud and kept us awake all night. Then we got breakfast which was supposed to be included and they tried to charge us for breakfast. They said we were supposed to have a voucher? Most of the staff was very nice. But we did not like this hotel.
