  Nice location Nice room Good breakfast

  The hotel itself was generally OK, but I need to highlight a very serious issue regarding payments and transparency. I booked through Booking.com and handled most of the payment through the platform. However, it was not made sufficiently clear before arrival that the hotel would require an additional deposit at check-in. So an additional amount charged/blocked on top of what I had already paid for my stay. At check-out, I was assured that the deposit had been released and would be returned to my account. 3 weeks later, I still have not received the money. The worse is that I contacted the hotel but now they are not even responding... Because the money has still not been returned, I am left with serious concerns about the way deposits are handled at this property. From a customer's perspective, an unexplained additional charge that remains missing five weeks later can understandably raise concerns about whether guests are effectively being overcharged. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel. I strongly advise future guests to clarify in writing exactly how much will be charged at check-in, what portion is a deposit, and when and how it will be returned.

  Quick family breakaway

  We enjoyed the water sports as well as the swimming pool area. The staff were friendly and helpful.

  The dinner buffet could have more options as a lot of it is seafood, and having a seafood allergy made it difficult for me to enjoy dinner.

  Прекрасный вид и озеро, но в этот отель не вернусь

  Только месторасположение. Отель до сих пор старается быть на высоте, но это не уровень Хилтон. Парни швейцары молодцы! Встречают- провожают отлично!

  Персонал не ориентирован совершенно на европейских туристов, завтраки тоже абсолютно китайские. Ничего против не имею, но хотелось бы разнообразить

  unforgettable

  This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The view is absolutely exceptional and breathtaking, making the whole experience even more special. A special thank you to the amazing staff, especially Mr. Gilbert Chen, the Front Office Manager. He is one of the best managers I have ever met in the hotel industry. He helped me a lot and went above and beyond to make my special day unforgettable. The kindness, professionalism, and hospitality of the team truly made my stay memorable. I sincerely appreciate all the effort and care they showed. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone looking for a luxury stay with excellent service. I will definitely come back again.
