    Bad customer service

    They charged me snacks $35 plus tax, which I didn't buy. I disputed when checking out, the lady at front desk said that she removed it. However I received email the charges and went through my credit card. I called on Sep 8, the customer service said that the manager will call me. Until now, Sep 10th, they haven't called me. Hope this survey can help. Thank you.
