    Messed up modern building .

    Because of Hiltons brand value , there were number of guests in check in counters. Staff were poorly trained , with no hospitality attitude ! Check in at 35th floor , with poorly visible signage to guide. A messy elevated system makes things worse Staff are rather arrogant , a hidden “ we can only do this much, take it or leave it “ kind of attitude After check in , one should wait for an entire life time to get the elevator to their destined floor. Messy ! Rooms are clean and neat Buffet restaurant : staffs attitude was good there , good part is that , one can have a walking experience along with eating. Because the dishes arrangements are such a way. Breakfast : another mess. Staff were not trained to crowd it seems. I felt it was a messed up stay

    my hilton honors membership points cannot be accumulated this stay, i am very disappointed about this.
