    Disappointed

Breakfast and breakfast staff were very helpful

Our room had a continuous gurgling pipe noise all night. After initial sleep unable to after 2 am because of that noise. I did not request a room change because of the time and inconvenience to do so and Ieaving in the morning. I have registered a complaint but I have not heard anything from the hotel. The comfortable room and overall satisfactory hotel was completely negated by the continuous noise.

    One night stay @ Heathrow

Stayed for a wedding on site, breakfast very good!! Room comfortable but nothing special

Had to pay for parking even though we were staying overnight in the hotel.
