家族皆が笑顔溢れる旅行
家族三世代と愛犬で過ごした、思い出に残る素敵なホテル娘家族と私たち夫婦、計6名と愛犬1頭で宿泊しました。ホテルに足を踏み入れると、広々とした開放感のあるロビーが迎えてくれ、お部屋もゆったりとした造り。大きな窓から望む山々や海の美しい景色にも癒やされ、到着した瞬間から非日常のひとときを楽しむことができました。特に印象に残ったのは、お食事の素晴らしさです。ビュッフェはどのお料理も美味しく、中でも朝食は大満足でした。焼きたてのクロワッサン、自分好みに作れる海鮮丼、上質な蒲鉾を使ったおでんなど、どれも丁寧に用意されていて、朝から贅沢な気分を味わうことができました。愛犬と一緒に過ごせるドッグルームも清潔感があり、快適でくつろげる空間でした。また、緑豊かな広いお庭に設けられたドッグランでは、愛犬ものびのびと楽しそうに過ごしていました。そして、孫たちが何より喜んだのが温水プールです。今回は孫の誕生日のお祝いを兼ねて、プールをメインに訪れました。周辺には魅力的な観光スポットもたくさんありますが、ホテル内の施設がとても充実しているため、外出することなく、家族全員が思い思いの時間を満喫できました。さらに、孫の誕生日にはサプライズケーキもお願いしていたのですが、おかげさまで心に残る素敵なお祝いができました。そして何より、さすがヒルトンと感じたのは、スタッフの皆さまの素晴らしいホスピタリティです。どの場面でも気持ちの良い対応をしていただき、滞在中ずっと心地よく過ごすことができました。三世代の家族旅行にも、愛犬との旅行にも、心からおすすめしたいホテルです。これからも定期的に家族で訪れたいと思いますし、次回は夫婦二人でゆっくり滞在し、エステや岩盤浴などを楽しむ大人の休日も過ごしてみたいと思っています。家族みんなの笑顔があふれる、思い出深い滞在となりました。スタッフの皆さま、本当にありがとうございました。
⭐︎チェックインが行列で時間がかかりました。 ⭐︎Hiltonのアンケート？やら2分で終わり旅行も当たる！というので家族を待つ間に話を伺いました。結局個人情報を全て入力した後に、最後に全Hiltonを使えるというリゾート会員？やらの入会の勧誘でした。どこぞのHiltonで説明を受けてからの旅行が当たるというものでしたが趣旨を説明した上で始めていただきたかったです。これはやめていただきたい！
