  Friendly staff, many food options, lots is areas to relax

  The floors were not very clean in the common areas, room had a very musty smell, but was clean. Not a great coffee maker.

  That parking is an additional cost. It’s not included in the daily rate. It gets pricey to stay at this property.

  Disappointing, expensive, bad value for money

  The location is good, it’s nice that it’s walkable to Disney springs and the main bed was comfortable. Unfortunately I don’t really have anything else positive to say about this hotel

  Despite booking a room with a sofa bed as we were travelling with a child, we were allocated a room without a sofa bed. We then had to move rooms, foh staff were somewhat helpful but also a bit nonplussed. The second room was down a rabbit warren of corridors so location of the room was not great. The room itself was tired, not well maintained, finish is poor. The carpet is stained, skirting boards don’t reach the carpet, if reading in bed the light flickers on and off if you move slightly, the sheets on the sofa beds were left on but poorly made leaving me wondering if these are changed between stays, the sofa bed itself was terrible. I don’t think anyone who weighs more than the average toddler could sleep well on it. Parking is expensive and no clear path from the self parking spaces to the lobby. Can’t comment on the pool as we didn’t use it due to the lack of child life vests. Particularly surprising given it’s a Disney good neighbour hotel Generally a disappointing stay for a hotel I expected much more from. Expensive and definitely not worth the cost.

  Most likely I will not use this hotel again.

  The location.

  I paid for a King bed with a sofa for 3 people and the hotel tried to give me only a King bed. We had to switch rooms 3 times before the hotel got it right which was strange. Thanks to the guy who carried our luggage or we would have been lost. The hotel even tried to give us a roll away bed in one of the rooms that was incorrect. That is not what we paid for!!!!! I was very frustrated! Also the transportation to the parks was very late. We had to paid for an uber.
