  Best Wedding Ever at Hilton Pearl River!

  An Absolutely Perfect Wedding Weekend at Hilton Pearl River! We cannot say enough wonderful things about the Hilton Pearl River and their incredible team! Our wedding weekend was truly everything we dreamed of and more, and the hotel went above and beyond to make us feel so incredibly special from start to finish. We were married during what felt like the hottest day of the century—113 degrees in the middle of a heat wave—and somehow, despite the absolutely brutal weather, the Hilton Pearl River made the entire weekend feel seamless and magical. Our wedding planner, Sloane, was absolutely phenomenal. From the moment we arrived, she made me feel like a princess. On our wedding day, Sloane was there for absolutely anything I needed, whether it was bringing me a drink, running upstairs to grab something from my room, answering a question, or simply making sure everything was taken care of before I even had to ask. She was calm, attentive, kind, and truly went above and beyond. Sloane also took an incredible amount of stress off of us by personally contacting all of our vendors ahead of the wedding to review timelines, confirm the address, and make sure everyone knew exactly where they needed to be and where they would be working. That level of organization and attention to detail made such a difference and allowed us to simply enjoy our wedding day. We also want to give a huge thank you to Derek, who was wonderful throughout the entire process. The entire Hilton Pearl River team made us feel so welcomed and taken care of, and their professionalism and hospitality were truly exceptional. Our wedding weekend began with an intimate rehearsal dinner at Two Henry's, and the food was absolutely divine. We also hosted our welcome party there in the beautiful sunroom, which was the perfect setting to kick off the weekend with our family and friends. The hotel was also able to accommodate our large group, with more than 40 rooms booked for our guests, which made everything so convenient for everyone. And we have to mention the after-party! Having a DJ and being able to keep the celebration going after the reception was SO much fun. Our guests absolutely loved it, and it was the perfect way to end the night. The Hilton Pearl River truly became more than just our wedding venue, it was the home of our entire wedding weekend, and we could not have asked for a better experience. Every detail, every interaction, and every member of the team contributed to making our celebration unforgettable. We are already looking forward to returning to Two Henry's for our first anniversary dinner, which says everything about how much we loved our experience! If you are considering the Hilton Pearl River for a wedding, rehearsal dinner, welcome party, or any special event, I cannot recommend it highly enough. You will be in wonderful hands, and if you are lucky enough to work with Sloane, you are truly in the best of hands. We will forever be grateful to the Hilton Pearl River for helping make our wedding weekend absolutely perfect! ❤️

  Wonderful wedding weekend

  Wonderful wedding weekend with family. Hotel is very clean and beautiful. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Bathroom was small but well equipped. Air conditioning unit was loud but did not disrupt our sleep. Hotel grounds are beautiful lobby etc. all very nice. Did not eat there as we ate at wedding events throughout the weekend. They thanked me for bringing a Hilton member but no extra . Parking free and easy. Would stay again. Nice property.

  Simply the BEST

  We celebrated a milestone family event here in the beautifully appointed Conservatory. It was a relatively intimate party, but we were treated as if we were hosting the biggest event of the season! I worked with Shane who was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He went over the top to make sure that we had everything we needed every step of the way. On the day of the event, the food was delicious. The wait staff was professional and worked deftly to keep our party activities on track. Gerry, who is the manager came down before the party to say hello and to introduce the wait staff. They had a carefully prepared crib sheet for the details that I provided to ensure that all went smoothly. My guests were delighted with the ambiance and the service. One of them misplaced her car keys and the staff went above and beyond to help and assist her. The rates were reasonable and worth every nickel. ( I WOULD say “every penny”, but you know…) Several of my guests are now planning to book parties at the Pearl River Hilton. I have attended many many galas and dinners here. My youngest son had his prom here. I am so glad that I decided not to DIY. This was my first time HOSTING a party here. I could not have had a better experience. This hotel has my most enthusiastic and highest recommendation…all of my guests would agree.

  Great time!

  The staff at the PRH were amazing. They made checking in a breeze and were attentive to all of our needs. They were friendly and sincerely helpful. The bar at night with Dave is not to be missed! The hotel itself is lovely, but it is the staff that will make me return. : ))
