    Okay, but not great

Location is everything on this hotel, and its proximity to convention centers and restaurants was unmatched.

There were two major things. The rooms, although clean, are in a state of disrepair and need maintenance. It’s more of what you’d experience at a motel. Second is the parking. Not only is it very expensive to park there, the chances of finding a spot may be next to zero and full size trucks are almost not an option.

    Great stay in downtown!

Close to the Delta center! Friendly staff and clean!

    Have to pay for parking.
