The staff was good, it's in a decent location relative to sanqingshan.

The facilities are laaaaacking!! The space especially is atrocious. We had a really bad time when the staff was basically just chating among themselves, kept the light on, didnt have working A/C, etc. And we paid SGD 100 pp!!!! Furthermore so many floors are empty and not open.... it feels kinda creepy. Not super relaxing.
