I would rate housekeeping as a 1 as I felt they didn't care about my needs.
We had breakfast every morning and enjoyed the serve yourself type breakfast. The only thing I would suggest is that the toaster kept burning my bagel because it doesn't say which way the bagel goes into the toaster. I mentioned it to staff as my breakfast kept getting cold while I was waiting for my bagel. The waiter and Marianne (waitress) were wonderful to us. The prices were good.
What I got upset about with our stay was: the third day of our stay we went out for the whole day hoping our room would get cleaned and towels replaced. We had used all our towels and hadn't had housekeeping clean our room yet. There was no privacy sign on door and when we got back at 6pm, our room hadn't been touched. I called and talked to a manager as this was not acceptable at all. They offered to come and do room, and I said "NO" it's too late now and I will call you in morning when we go out for the day. He said OK. The next morning, we had housekeeping knocking at our door at 08:00 over and over. I had the privacy sign on door, yet they continued to knock. I answered the door in my pajamas and yelled at housekeeping why they would constantly knock when I have a privacy sign on my door. They woke us both up which we didn't appreciate. I was livid and called the manager and complained. I felt like I was at a motel 6 at this point and not a Hilton Hotel. Upon check-in there were only 3 towels in our room for 2 people, so I asked to always leave 4 towels when cleaning room. Nope they would only leave 3 towels so I would go in hallway and take more towels so I could get by.

The Staff was amazing!! So friendly and very professional!! We really loved Efren and the sweet server at Starbucks! She was fantastic
