Wonderful Service and Hospitality, We have been regular guests at Hilton Shenzhen Shekou Nanhai for quite some time, and it has always been one of our favourite places to stay in Shenzhen. The hotel is comfortable, well maintained and very convenient for our family. What really makes us return, however, is the excellent service and the people who look after us. A special thank you to Luna from Hilton, who has always been incredibly helpful, attentive and professional with our bookings and arrangements. She genuinely makes the whole experience easier and more enjoyable. I would also like to recognise Grace from iSpa, who has been absolutely amazing, as always. She consistently goes out of her way to help us with our massage bookings and arrangements, and her kindness and professionalism are greatly appreciated.
The only downside is the recent increase in prices. Both the hotel room rates and iSpa massage packages have become noticeably more expensive. One of the main reasons we kept returning was the excellent combination of quality, convenience and value for money. Unfortunately, that value is becoming less attractive. We understand that prices change, but we hope the hotel and spa will continue to recognise and reward loyal returning guests. Overall, we have always had a wonderful experience at Hilton Shekou, particularly thanks to people like Luna and Grace, who make us feel genuinely welcome every time. We hope to continue visiting for many years to come!

Fantastic rooms
Walking between 2 buildings for the swimming pool. Paying Y50/hour just to use inflatable rings at the pool.

Hotellet ligger i ett fantastiskt område med gott om restauranger och sevärdheter. Strandpromenaden är ca 15 km lång och är otroligt fin både för den som gillar att löpträna eller för den som bara uppskattar att promenera.
