Staff were exceptional, especially when using the message app. Their response time was within a minute. Facilities are excellent, and the apartment was big and comfortable. Housekeeping staff were brilliant. I would definitely stay there again.
The week we were there, there were constant interruptions with the internet. This happened 5 out of 7 days. In today's world, this really shouldn't happen. There was an old TV in the main bedroom and really no excuse not to be a smart TV or a chromcast. You have to pay $27 for parking per night. Now we are already paying quite a bit to stay there, so parking should be free, at least for 1 car per unit. Most of the others include parking, so I can't see why Hilton can not do the same. As an apology for the problem we experienced with the internet, they gave us the parking for free, which was appreciated. This is why the staff rate a 5:5. I would definitely stay there again

The hotel is in a great location, close to shops, restaurants, and the beach. It was very convenient to get around
There were not many facilities or activities for children compared to other hotels. At night, we could hear a lot of noise, which made it difficult to enjoy a peaceful stay.
