    Location

    Only 1 elevator worked which led to a line of approximately 15 people waiting. The employees saw the line of people waiting for the one elevator and did nothing until myself and another guest said something. At that point an employee took people to a service elevator.

    Not what I expected , I will not stay at a Hilton hotel again. I will stick with Marriott Bonvoy

    The staff were friendly.

    The room was outdated and had an old smell. The AC was loud. The door was hard to open. When I received my bill, I was charged an additional $127 in taxes and fees of which a $35 dollars destination fee?
