    Nice for a one off luxury stay but very expensive which in my opinion do not think it was worth it.

    The room was nice with a good view. Great bedding and bathroom products. excellent service.

    Unfortunately, I paid in Japanese Yen when I booked and didn't realise how much it would work out to. Very expensive, £750 for 2 nights, and that didn't even include breakfast. The Spa was nice but you had to pay extra for it. Would look for somewhere cheaper next time.

    The view is great as we paid for the expensive room.

    We stayed 7 places in Japan, this was the most expensive and our least favourite room. The room and whole floor (filled with exposed staples every few meters) was very old. Our check in was a nightmare and was well after 3pm and we were given a key only to walk in on the cleaner and be told to wait longer, we didn't get our bags until after 4pm after asking 3 times. You have to pay a lot extra to use the pool but it's packed with children so we didn't bother. We received an apology and a free lemonade. This was our wedding anniversary, very sad.

    Great place to stay

    Room was great. Location was excellent. Beautiful hotel. Breakfast was great. Issue: lack of coffee early in the morning. Americans are used to having coffee available early, so having a machine or a pot of coffee ready for guests heading out at 5:30 or 6:30 AM would be a great addition. Please consider adding that.

    No coffee in the morning. Bad. Not even a jar. Asking for Room service is not practicle.
