Please note that guests must be 21 years or older to check in. Daily resort charge will be charged at the time of check in and includes basic guest internet access; self-parking for one vehicle, barbecue equipment, PressReader access, activities including ping pong, video games, volleyball and mini-golf. The Ka'anapali Beach Club has experienced continuous severe erosion on both its northern and southern ends of the resort property due to El Nino, which caused coastal damage on the north and south-facing shorelines of Maui. We have been working with both state and county officials and coastal planners to try to find a solution to the erosion. We obtained a shoreline certification less than one year ago, and for jurisdictional purposes (i.e., permitting), it could potentially be used. Please note that renovation work of the rooms will be carried out from August 1, 2026, to December 19, 2026. Guests may experience some noise or light disturbances from 09:00 to 17:00 daily. Breakfast buffet service will be available Saturday through Wednesday. Guests with breakfast-inclusive room packages can enjoy a selection from our à la carte breakfast menu on Thursdays and Fridays when the buffet is unavailable.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.

    Stark Outdated Soviet Block Feel

    The building rooms and furniture are outdated. Not a premium location. Building reminds me of an apartment near Coney Island in Brooklyn. No restaurant on site. Few amenities for the guests and very few staff in the building A Super 8 on the beach!

    Rude employees and not the best rooms.

    Didn’t have the best experience staying here. Got to the hotel around 12pm for check in and was helped by a man that was rude. Didn’t have the best attitude. Didn’t feel welcomed at all and the other staff at the front desk weren’t friendly either. Had a bad experience checking in. Had to wait for a room to be cleaned and ready for check in when the resort has over 300 rooms so made no sense why they would keep their paying guests waiting. Bell desk crew were not nice either honestly didn’t have any good encounters with any of the employees here. Felt very uncomfortable my whole stay. The room came with a full fridge, dishes, and sink but no stove. Makes no sense so had to call housekeeping and they brought an old hot plate that took forever to cook. Coffee maker had mold in it and dirty. Tea kettle was dirty as well. Called front desk day of check out because we needed more time getting out of the room to be told they can’t do late check out or give us more time. Front desk lady was very rude about it. Hotel is very slow and they still said they couldn’t accommodate an extra hour for late check out. Wouldn’t recommend this place. Had higher expectations because it’s a hilton property but i was wrong. Hotel management is horrible here they treat guests poorly just another hotel that is in it to take your money and give you the worse experience.
