    Horrible; dangerous due to neglect in maintenance

    Nothing; condition so bad we had to leave and left us with trauma.

    There was nothing acceptable about the condition of this hotel. It was run-down and frightening. The elevators were jostling; jumpy, and at one point it got stuck between floors. We were trapped and thought they would fall to our death. It was horrific. We had to call the emergency button. No one ever came on or acknowledged it. I would never wish to someone else the trauma of what it was to stay here. The staff said they would refund the second night, twice. They still did not. This is not a Hilton quality hotel.
